About this Course

A supportive and inclusive workshop designed for beginners (but open to anyone) to musical theatre, encouraging aspiring actors from diverse backgrounds who are interested in building their confidence, learning essential audition techniques, and gaining the skills needed to succeed in musical theatre. Instructor is Shania Cabilao, a multi-disciplinary artist with over 10 years of performing experience and a graduate of The Canadian College of Performing Arts. Born in Butuan City, Philippines, and raised in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, she embraces the vibrant cultures of both places—yet it is theatre that she truly calls home. In this workshop, her mission is to empower emerging talent to step confidently into their theatrical journey.
